Looking for something different

Looking for something different for tonite dinner. Went to open air looking for satay.. Actually, this afternoon i watched food tv show.ahaa and suddenly craving for satay. This is what i got for dinner. :-)

Homemade Butter prawn

I was thinking of cooking today. And this is my first try of butter prawn. Tapi nmpak nya my first try doea not success.hhmmm.. Nvm, can improve lagi in future. Even though look like ' Udang masak telur' but nice tau.. Seeddaapp..:-). Nah, i wat camni tau

I meant, i was thinking of christmas everyday. I can't wait for christmas. :-)

When nothing to do, this is what i get from my acumulated picture..When I think back, it was fun n enjoyable.. This picture was taken during Christmas time in 2011in my hometown..
During Christmas eve, we will gather together to enjoy a variety of cuisines. Each family will provide their respective forage served to guests..After praying, we will walk to the neighbors to enjoy the food they provided. Similarly to the other.


 After Church activities, this was what we did, visiting our neighbour and relative..From left is my eldest sister, Suzy & Bibiane.. This was thier first time celebrating Christmas day with us..The most important thing is, they were open miner people..

The best thing in my Kampung is, we have very nice river which is can playing n swimming..

Sambal Goreng Belacan Ikan Bilis

Hi guys..hhmm rasa boring pulak xda benda nak buat. Instead of buang masa, i nak share my next recipe.this is 1 of my favourite food..I prefer makan makanan yang pedas n extra pedas..baru puas hati mkn kan? Resepi yang ke-dua ialah Sambal Goreng Ikan Bilis..Mari kita tgk apa yang perlu ada untuk mencipta resepi ni.Actually resepi ni simple je..x ambik masa lama pun..sebelum tu i nak minta maaf skali lg tkut menu yang i kongsi kan ni x brpa sedap.. Bahan - Bahan:

  • Ikan Bilis (Satu Genggam tangan - Yang ini klu i sorang yg mkn..) - Rendam dengan air
  • 3 Biji Bawang Merah
  • 2 Biji Bawang Putih
  • Belacan ( Setengah Sudu Teh)
  • 4 Biji Chili (Suka hati nak letak berapa banyak ye)

Cara - Cara Memasak:

*Before tu, i nak gtau i guna penumbuk, bukan nya pengisar..tapi klu u all's nak guna pengisar pun boleh jugak..i xnak guna pengisar coz takut ikan bilis tu hancur sgt..

  • Masukkan semua bahan diatas kedalam penumbuk..(Tujuan i rendam ikan bilis dengan air ialah supaya ambil masa yang singkat utk menumbuk semua, lagipun nak buang ckit rasa masin dalam ikan bilis), Tumbuk semua bahan sehingga rata
  • Panaskan minyak dan masukkan semua bahan kedalam kuali dan gaul
  • Masukkan ajinomoto & gula dan gaul sehingga sebati (i iasanya x pakai garam coz ikan bilis tu mmg dah masin, tapi kalau u all nak masukkan juga, Boleh.mengikut rasa masing2)
  • Gaul sehingga kering & garing..
  • Lepas siap boleh hidangkan..klu nak msukkan limau pun boleh jugak la..ahh..yang ini boleh dimkn dengan nasi yang masih pns..biasanya i kn dengan nasi je..thanks..selamat mencuba ye..:-)

Crab with Chili Padi

Its been a months..btw, happy working to all..have a nice day yea. Was staring at my lappy without nothing to do.So, i was thinking of sharing my favourite recipe of food to u guys.I love n enjoy cooking and this is my part of hobby then..huhu..Before that, i nak mintak sorry bebanyak ye sekiranya resepi yang i kongsi sekejap lagi x berapa sedap, tapi yang penting i suka masakan i sndri so that dpt improve lg further..
By the way, my favouritefood is Ketam.So, klu i nak makan ketam, xda la nak gi kluar tuk makan..I lebih suka masak sndri.Jom kita tengok apa yang ada....


Bahan-Bahan:
  •  2 Ekor Ketam ( Pilih berapa banyak pun boleh, Coz 1 makan sorang, so i ambik 2 ekor je)

  • 5 Biji Bawang Merah*

  • 3 Biji Bawang Putih*

  • 6 Biji Chili Padi (Cari yang sederhana besar ye..)*

  • Halia (Besar ibu jari)*

  • 4 Sudu Sup Sos Chili

  • 2 Sudu Makan Serbuk Chili(Boleh didapati di supermarket)

  • 2 Sudu Sup Sos tiram

  • 1 Sudu Teh Asam jawa (Cari yang xda biji ye..)

  • 1 Biji telur (Shen guna 1 biji telur coz masak 2 ekor ketam je)

  • Minyak untuk menggoreng ketam

 

Cara - Cara Memasak:
  • Cuci ketam dengan bersih dan Goreng sehingga rangup - Supaya cepat masak

  • Kisar semua bahan yang bertanda * sehingga halus

  • Masukkan sedikit air kedalam serbuk chili dan gaul sehingga pekat ye..jangan masukkan air banyak sangat..make sure serbuk chili tu pekat( Macam gaul kari jugak la cara dia..)

  • Panaskan minyak dalam kuali dan masukkan bahan kisar sehingga garing

  • Lepas bahan kisar garing, masukkan serbuk chili yang dicampurkan dengan air tadi kedalam kuali dan gaul sehingga sebati.

  • Masukkan 4  Sudu Sos Chili dan gaul sehingga sebati

  • Masukkan 2 Sudu Sos Tiram dan gaul sehingga sebati

  • Ahh..sekarang baru kita masukkan ketam yang di goreng tadi dan gaul.

  • Masukkan air dan gaul hingga rata dan tunggu sehingga ketam mendidih..

  • Lepas mendidih, masukkan garam, gula, ajinomoto & Air asam Jawa ye..Tapi, Shen lebih suka guna pati Ayam daripada garam n ajinomoto dan gaul sehingga rasa sebati

  • Pecahkan telur dan masukkan ke dalam kuali dan gaul sehingga rata

  • Lepas tu..ahhh..sekarang boleh la di hidang..

My life now...

Hiii..
I was neglected my blog quite sometime.this is my time to make amends..yuhuuu.
Talk about my life now? Miserable..Too buzy with my working life till my time for myself very limited.:-)
But never mind then..its about carrier, so its always be like that..Time & my carrier make me more matured..
Now im 22 and almost 23.we will not be aware that disobedience increasing age. I'm more comfortable with the job that I have now.Tourism Field is what i wish from the beginning until now.
